This is a view of 4 differant terrace's very steep project

Demo the house, left the existing garage in front, now they want a basement to rebuild the house. ran into solid rock, time to chisel.

Here comes my wife down the steep hill, to help shoot grade what a wonderfull lady, shes a big help in what I do, I can never thank her enough, I love you.

The stump wanted to stay

Taking a stump out of the ground, putting in back of the dump truck to go to a recycle yard.

This is a foundation I cut with a dozer I back filled and now they want the yard topsoiled,I'aim to please.

This is a 1979 mack truck I restored in my shop eastern model very tough I call it greenie,and the 1972 mack truck at the bottom of this page western model I call old red. I hope you all enjoy this page,thanks for looking, good day to you.

Existing condo that had water problems in basement units

Vapor barrier to allow air flow to concrete stem wall used styrofoam drain rock

Added footing pipe and tied in roof drains wrapped styrofoam drainrock with filter fabric very happy tenants at the condo now

Bad soil here, big screen drain 6 inch pipe plus tied footing drain and downspouts from house, which was way up the hill from the screen drain, so its doing three things at once

Some nice folks wanted a addition added to their house we dug out the new crawl space for the footing stem wall and back filled the foundation,Then added a concrete patio

Well now that the wife was getting her new addition, hubby thought that a new garage would be nice,dug out perimeter for footing stem wall, back filled and graded inside for concrete floor with a nice smooth finish.

Going around the edges with a smooth trowel all most done.

Will call this a done deal,very nice job and if you look at the stem wall you'll see that the grade of the slab slopes to the door entry so water runs out when you hose out the garage.

Finished up last stump, ready for grading lot then foundation cut.

Low budget landscape project for rental house

This is a concrete drive way and front porch that we did with a broom finish

Top soiling a yard,with my old 1972 mack dump truck and pup, old is good, I take very good care of it.
